As a mom of two, lifestyle photographer, and content creator in the motherhood and wellness space, Lisa Song has spent the past year focused on becoming the strongest, healthiest version of herself. She’s lost over 30 pounds, lifts heavy weights, eats clean, and has put in the mindset (and physical) work to feel truly confident in her body.
