A Mayo Clinic alumni, Dr. Alsubaie is a double Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and The Royal College of Surgeons in Canada. He achieved this status after completing his residency training at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

Dr. Alsubaie was subsequently invited to join one of the top Aesthetic Fellowship Programs in the country (the prestigious Joseph P. Hunstad Aesthetic Fellowship in Charlotte, North Carolina). Dr. Hunstad is one of the pioneers of aesthetic plastic surgery and is considered to be the father of liposuction and body contouring surgeries. He has also developed the foundational textbooks for abdominoplasty techniques (tummy tuck) for plastic surgeons nationally and internationally.
