For the underarm region, one entry point is made on each elbow to provide access to the front and back of each underarm, one on the front of each arm where the bicep meets the forearm, and one additional entry point for each armpit. When targeting the front bra roll, three entry points are made on each side: one on the back of the armpit crease where the arm meets the torso, one several inches directly below on the side of the torso even with the breast, and one more on the waist.
