This Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice (the “Health Privacy Notice”) provides you with information about how we may collect, use, share, or otherwise process your Consumer Health Data, as defined in Nevada and Washington Law, so that you may make knowledgeable choices about the information that you choose to provide to us or that we otherwise collect.

This Health Privacy Notice applies to the Company services made available via our website and web application located at www.airsculpt.com and when you receive services from us online or in person (the “Service”). We encourage you to read this Health Privacy Notice closely.

This policy only applies to residents of Nevada and Washington and supplements our Privacy Notice.

• Providing you with the Service. We may use your Consumer Health Data to deliver the Service to you and otherwise provide you with the products and experience that you request from us. 
• Customer Service. We may use or disclose your Consumer Health Data where it is necessary for us to complete a transaction or do something that you have asked us to do. For example, if you purchase a paid Service offered by us, you may be asked for information needed to complete your request.  
• Development of our Service. In our mission to better understand health and help people make powerful and informed choices around their bodies, we may use anonymized health data to better understand and improve our Service.
• Technical and Administrative Support. We may use your Consumer Health Data to notify you periodically about important changes to the Service, fixes or updates to the Service, to troubleshoot the Service, or to notify you of new products and services and related features.
• Marketing. With your consent, we may use your Consumer Health Data to communicate with you to provide you with information we think may be of interest to you, including marketing and promotional messages.
