At Elite Body Sculpture (“Company” or “we,” “us,” or “our”), your privacy is important to us. This Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice (the “Health Privacy Notice”) provides you with information about how we may collect, use, share, or otherwise process your Consumer Health Data, as defined in Nevada and Washington Law, so that you may make knowledgeable choices about the information that you choose to provide to us or that we otherwise collect.

This Health Privacy Notice applies to the Company services made available via our website and web application located at www.airsculpt.com and when you receive services from us online or in person (the “Service”). We encourage you to read this Health Privacy Notice closely.
This policy only applies to residents of Nevada and Washington and supplements our Privacy Notice.
