After losing a lot of weight through healthier habits and exercise, Amber Godina was proud of how far she’d come—but was still frustrated by the stubborn areas that wouldn’t change. Like many women, especially after a C-section and with age, she found herself struggling with her midsection and arms despite all her hard work.
“At my age, we have these pockets of fat that are very hard to get rid of,” Amber says.
