Yogi Jashnani has served as our Chief Executive Officer since January 7, 2025. Mr. Jashnani has over 20 years of experience in the aesthetics, retail and finance industries. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Jashnani served as Chief Revenue Officer for Sky Zone. From 2019 through 2023, he served as Chief Commercial Officer of Ideal Image. From fiscal 2017 through 2019, Mr. Jashnani held the position of SVP, Marketing, Insights and Analytics of Advance Auto Parts. Prior to this, Mr. Jashnani was Vice President at Capital One. Mr. Jashnani holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Mumbai.

Dr. Aaron Rollins is the cosmetic surgeon to the stars and the founder of AirSculpt®. Dr. Rollins is considered a specialist in body sculpting and has performed thousands of fat removal procedures. He has been featured on numerous media outlets, including Good Morning America, Extra and Good Day LA, and in Europe on RTL and Nova TV. He is a life-long art lover who studied sculpture, and to fulfill his dream of combining art and science, he eventually attended medical school. Dr. Rollins went to medical school at the McGill University Faculty of Medicine in Montreal, Canada, after completing his undergraduate studies at McGill University. He has received many awards for his distinguished work, including the I.D.E.A. Bronze Medal for medical inventions and the "Great Distinction" honor at McGill University. He is affiliated with the American College of Surgeons, the American Board of Laser Surgery, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and the American Society of Liposuction Surgery. He is also a member of the World Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.

Dennis Dean has served as our Chief Financial Officer since June 1, 2021. Mr. Dean has over 20 years of experience in multi-site healthcare services. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Dean served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations for Envision Healthcare from January 2019 to December 2020. Mr. Dean also over served as Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller for Surgery Partners and its predecessor company, Symbion from 2008 through 2018 and was part of the team which took Surgery Partners public in 2015. Prior to joining Symbion, he co-founded Resource Partners, LLC, a healthcare-focused financial consulting firm, and began his career at Deloitte. Mr. Dean is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting and an MAcc from Western Kentucky University.

Danna has over 15 years of experience managing medical spas and aesthetic surgery practices in different parts of the United States. Prior to joining AirSculpt in 2018, she held key management positions at Life Time, Virtu Medical Spa and Bozeman Deaconess Hospital. The mother of thirteen children, Danna is known for her organizational skills that contribute to each patient’s success. She has a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Creighton University.

A transformational sales leader, Nicole Soler serves as the Chief Sales Officer of AirSculpt Technologies, where she drives sales strategy, revenue optimization, and client engagement while leading large, cross-functional teams. With over 12 years of executive leadership experience and 14 years in consultative and value-based selling, she has built, scaled, and optimized high-performing sales organizations across multiple industries. Internationally certified in Corporate Sales Enablement and Training, Nicole has a proven track record of developing and executing high-impact sales strategies, streamlining operations, and maximizing profitability. Her expertise spans sales enablement, training, business development, and team performance management, ensuring that every sales initiative is aligned with broader business objectives for measurable growth. Prior to joining AirSculpt, Nicole held senior leadership roles at Cenegenics, Hair Club LLC, Ideal Image, and Sono Bello, overseeing multi-center sales teams, sales training, and operational efficiency across North America. She is known for building strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth through data-driven decision-making, and fostering cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations. Her ability to align teams, optimize sales processes, and elevate client experience has positioned her as a force in B2C leadership. A results-driven leader, Nicole is passionate about developing high-performance cultures, enhancing sales effectiveness, and ensuring scalable, sustainable growth in every organization she leads.

Brian Stetter has served as Chief Digital Officer for AirSculpt since October, 2024 leading the marketing and digital technology teams. Brian has over 20 years of experience in marketing spanning multiple industries. Most recently he served as Chief Marketing Officer for Walker Advertising and before that as VP, Performance Marketing for Ideal Image. He has a passion for storytelling and experimentation which has fueled his ability to help companies grow through continuous testing and improvements to the customer experience. Brian holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance from the University of Virginia.
