The amount of excess subcutaneous fat a patient has coming into the procedure is the main factor that determines how much leg thinning one experiences after AirSculpt. Loose skin can also play a secondary role as well.

​AirSculpt always leaves the treated area's skin tighter than before, so getting the fat removed first with AirSculpt can be a viable option if a patient has excess fat and skin. If the loose skin is still an issue after treatment, or if a patient doesn't have much extra fat to begin with, then a skin tightening treatment may be a better option.
