How to Get Rid of Bra Fat Without Exercise Equipment

Lie face down on the ground with your arms extended out. Make sure your head is relaxed and the top of your feet are on the floor.

To perform a superman, raise your legs and arms inches off the ground simultaneously without lifting your head. Pause for two seconds at the top and return to your original resting position.

Arm Slides (with a towel)

All you'll be using for this exercise is two small towels.

Your starting position is on all fours, with a towel underneath each hand. These towels will function as your "sliders."

Tighten your midsection and begin to push your hands in front of you as fat as you can go without ending up on your stomach. Keep your core engaged, and make sure that your hips don't sag.

Return to the starting position by pulling back your hands towards your chest, using your core the whole time.

Bent Over Rows 

While this exercise is typically performed with a dumbbell, a large bottle of water or thermos will also work. Add more or less water to adjust the weight.

Grab a bottle of water in each hand and hinge at the waist so your upper body is bent at a 45-degree angle from the ground.

Your arms will be hanging in front of you, perpendicular to the ground. Bend your elbows, and lift the dumbbells towards your sides, keeping your elbows tightly near your body. Return to the original position.
